Clients often contact me lost and struggling with low self esteem after many unsuccessful attempts to improve their lifestyle and lose weight. With the many fad diets around today, it can be simple to reduce the number on the scales through extreme calorie reduction which leads to a dangerous cycle of rapid weight loss followed by rapid weight gain when the inevitable happens. For a sustainable healthy long term solution, fat loss and improved muscle tone is the only way. 

Often it is the first time the Client has set foot in a gym and it takes incredible courage but as soon as they start they soon realise they are not on their own and we are a team and as well as being there to celebrate the achievements, almost more vital, I am there when things aren't so easy, when they've struggled with nutrition or are feeling demotivated. 

Helping Clients achieve their weight loss goals and watching their self esteem and confidence grow is one of the most rewarding parts of my job and I feel privileged to be a part of their journey.
