BOX OFFICE

Group Training sessions which involve the principles of a boxing workout taken into the corporate market under the banner “Box Office”. This focuses around traditional boxing exercises which allow employees to do a beneficial, supervised, safe and intense workout. They experience specific boxing instruction using focus pads and boxing gloves at a time to suit them - before, during or after work. Trojan Training is encouraging employers to support their staff in their quest for stress and weight management in the working day by creating time and subsidising cost. This in return delivers the benefits of increased motivation levels, increased productivity and lower absenteeism

BOX CLEVER

Is a revised version of “Box Office” catering for school children of all ages. The format of the session is basically the same as “Box Office” Using boxing focus mitts and exercises as its core element. There is a lot more emphasis on education to the children however, including functional anatomy and exercise application, this is taught in the warm up then revised through the session encouraging interaction and involvement from all children. In the later stages of the course children are encouraged to stand at the front of the group and actually teach a stretch or exercise. This promotes confidence of speaking in front of a large group and helps with the application of learnt information.

PT SERVICES

Personal Training services are also offered under the banner of “Trojan Training”. These will focus on the individual needs of the client but can include personal boxing training, for a harder, more results-orientated work-out.  Personal training plans can also be provided to the exact requirements of the client including personal nutrition plans where appropriate.  All Personal training clients will experience a full and detailed consultation to establish the best course of action to meet their individual goals. This can include tailoring time of session from 30 minutes to one hour, in home personal training or corporate based personal training.
