"Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It's not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it's when you've had everything to do, and you've done it."

"I was introduced to Chris post a knee operation. I was unhappy and frustrated with the progress that I was making and wanted to get running again. My last appointment with the hospital physiotherapist had left me distraught when he suggested that I should consider ending my running career and maybe take up another sport.

Chris has taken me through a comprehensive programme to rehabilitate my knee with great results.

He has a very professional and yet sensitive approach to training and seems to be able strike the right balance between supportive encouragement and really pushing you to achieve the best results you can during a session. He is naturally motivational and is able to understand and manage my individual requirements perfectly. Even though I have been training with Chris for many months now, he ensures each session is different and never boring.

Chris has great depths in his fitness knowledge, accompanying me to my post surgery visit to meet the consultant, Chris was able to discuss the situation in medical terms with the consultant which I would have been unable to do, thereby making the meeting and future training sessions much more meaningful. He has also introduced me to a local gym where I can train in between sessions with him, he took the time to meet with the gym staff and ensure that the programme I am following is appropriate.

Chris takes a holistic approach to fitness training, he is consistent in his style and above all each and every session is fun!

Chris and I are now working on entering a half marathon at the end of the year, something I thought I would never be able to do again."

"It is with complete confidence and assurance that I feel able to provide a reference for Chris Lee, who I have known well for some considerable time in both a sporting and business capacity.

In my experience, he has proved himself to be efficient, trustworthy and extremely capable in whatever task he chooses to undertake.

Our paths first crossed whilst he was running the gymnasium at Dorney Rowing Lake.  Very obviously, in order to be involved with one of the world's most prestigious rowing facilities, it would have been necessary to convince a large number of international rowers, coaches and management of both his experience and ability to train athletes to a standard of fitness necessary to compete at the highest level.

As an ex-Olympic athlete, having competed in Rome and Tokyo, I recognise the necessity of the professionalism that Chris is capable of providing, which in my own case has proved most rewarding despite the damage to my old bones!  He has the ability to coach and train people of whatever persuasion, age and level of fitness.

I am, therefore, able to provide my personal assurance of Chris's ability at all levels of management, coaching and administration."
Yours, Bob

"I started working with Chris in the Winter 2007. We had a specific aim of gaining strength and weight to enable me to hit the golf ball further. Without Chris' guidance and a lot of hard work in the gym i would not have achieved this goal and moved on to another level. I have no doubt that our continuing partnership will help me achieve my goals in professional golf and that any professional sportsman would only benefit from his expertise and guidance."

"I decided to try personal training for a different challenge to the monotony of the gym; my motivation to get fit and loose weight was waning and I needed direction.  When I started training I could run for about 2 minutes on a treadmill now, a few months later, I'm preparing for a half marathon.  Personal training has given me discernible results, the motivation to carry on and increased my self esteem.  Would I recommend a personal trainer - yes.   (A personal trainer is for life not just Christmas!)"

"This kind of workout is great for people like me who want to train properly and be challenged but have tight time schedules. You get a full workout in half the time."
--

"The quick changeover between activities and the variety of exercises made the session fun and took my mind off the pain, not to mention the fact that the time went really quickly and I finished knowing that I had exercised hard."

--

"The intensity pushed me further out of my comfort zone than usual, and I think I worked a lot harder than I normally do because I knew I didn't have to sustain it for an hour. If I was able to compare a standard session with a short intense session I'd guess that the energy expended and the overall benefit of the exercise would not be too dissimilar."

--

"I love the fact that you get 15 mins to get to the gym and get changed, do the workout for 30 mins and then 15 mins at the end for a quick shower. I can do all that exercise and still get back to work within the standard lunch hour. This is such a bonus when you work 9am - 5pm with no flexibility."
