Background

  • The name "Trojan" originates from the Trojan warriors famous for the "Trojan Horse", the definition of which reads "Introduced from outside, that causes the downfall of an enemy from within". Trojan Training took the meaning of this as using an outside influence like a trainer to conquer whatever the enemy may be in a fitness context i.e obesity, lack of knowledge, lack of confidence, stress, etc . Clearly within modern language we use the term "work like a Trojan" which underpins the spirit of what Trojan Training sessions will encourage.
  • The Latin, "Paratus Pugnare", built into the logo, translates as "Ready to do Battle" and again supports Trojan Training's ethos of preparing people mentally and physically to meet the challenges of daily life. This is a fundamental belief to the training philosophy of
