Welcome to Trojan One day Bootcamp. It's devised and run by Ex Military Physical Training Instructor (PTI), Chris Lee. You can guarantee it will have a very military feel but promises to be a lot of fun, so bring your sense of humour and prepare to work hard. You will be amazed at what you can achieve with our motivating support.

No need to worry about your current fitness levels and how you will compare to everyone else. The day is designed to suit mixed abilities whilst pushing everyone beyond their personal limits.

The day will definitely give you a sense of team spirit as you will all have to pull together to get through the activities, challenges and events. But all you need is determination, a strong will to achieve and a good sense of humour.
