Trojan Bootcamps

Date: 12/5/2011
Author: Trojan Training

After two years of evolving Bootcamps Trojan Training has now sucessfully run a series of one day Bootcamps in Maidenhead Berkshire and two residential camps, the first in Leicestershire and the second more recently at Crowne Plaza Hotel Marlow, Berkshire both models were different but equal in their success and glowing feedback from clients.

Trojan has continued to run these models this year and has also added the 5 week Bootcamp which was designed to run two weekday sessions and a three hour session on a saturday morning for 5 weeks. Due to clients paying a one off fee it was down to them to schedule their lives around maximising as many of the fitness sessions available to get the best value for money.

This proved to clients very successfully that they can prioritse their exercise program around their busy life timetables, and was fed back as the most valuable lesson learnt. The results clients gained from participating in a regular exercise program that was consistant over 5 weeks was impressive to say the least but more importantly lasting results.

There has never been a better time to get involved in Trojan Bootcamps to be a part of the great results being gained by our clients, and now with more Bootcamp models there will be something that suits you right now.

Planned for this year is the first week long Bootcamp abroad expected to be held in La Manga Spain in mid October. This is a pilot scheme so only available for 10 people, but if this proves successful it will be added to the Trojan list of available Bootcamps.
