It has dawned on me that Tough Guy is 3 months away. Although I have been training several times a week since January I feel it is really time to step up the exercise and get ready for the event.
My training is going to change focus and Chris has prepared a new training plan for me. This includes a Box Office session with my work colleagues - I am really looking forward to Box Office as I have heard others talk about how good it is. I expect I am going to find it difficult but the result will be worth it!!!
