So I am going to stick to this fitness thing!
I was on holiday most of January, so I am only just getting into the normal ‘New Year, New You' thing. Like most people I want to get fitter, tone up and slim down. So I have set myself some goals and Trojan Training has asked me to keep focussed by writing a blog and uploading photos of my progress. So check out the fitter me over the coming months.
Challenge number 1 is the Leeds 10k at the end of June, I did it last year and was disappointed with my performance therefore I must do better in 2009.
The bigger challene - I have heard all about the Tough Guy event from other people who train with Trojan . . . . . so I have been thinking it is time for me to give it a go!
Now I have announced it on the web, I have to stick to it!
