Chris Lee from Trojan Training has to take all the credit for motivating me and making me exercise harder than I have done in years.
I have trained with Chris for about 12 months now. I normally have 3 personal training sessions a week in Maidenhead.
Chris Lee takes his work very seriously. His knowledge and understanding of personal fitness, nutrition and injury rehabilitation is second to none. Chris also has the ability to take the pain away by making me laugh, which is great when I am lifting heavy weights. I find myself looking forward to being put through my paces.
I never believed those people who said exercise could be addictive. I don't believe it is the exercise, it is having the right personal trainer! The results show for themselves - I feel much healthier, fitter and Stronger.
