My fitness career started as a PTI in the Army..

A some of you may already know my fitness career started as a PTI in the Army and on leaving started as a personal trainer, before starting an injury rehab clinic with my business partner at the time, over a 6 year period that grew into a biomechanics analysis and injury treatment centre. So when I left the business it made sense to go back to traditional personal training while I was setting up Trojan Training, and I have to admit it I didn't realise how much I missed being in the gym personal training. I am very fortunate to have such a great job as I get to work with some incredible clients all of which have different goals and needs and all have different problems achieving them. I get real satisfaction helping someone overcome their problems and start to achieve their goals.

I have been able to train the lady who won Britons fittest director who in her sessions I push her incredibly hard and constantly have to come up with new exercises and challenges for her to keep her focused and working hard as we have a title to defend next year. I also work with an incredibly fit gentleman who has represented Great Britain in two Olympics and is great honour to train with someone of that level of fitness and help him overcome some of his injuries and continue to train at a good level. I really enjoy working with all my clients and will keep you posted on their progress and how they overcome their problems
