Cirkle employees are bucking the trend of hibernating this winter by getting involved in a new "Box Office" fitness class delivered by Trojan Training.
As the evenings get darker and colder, less of us are daring to venture outside. Trojan Training's new fitness class targets office workers who are keen to keep up their summer regime but can't find the time to exercise during day light.
Caroline's contagious enthusiasm for staying fit is finally rubbing off on colleagues, who have now signed up for the 10 week course.
The class is suitable for people of all abilities and each exercise allows you to push yourself as hard as you want. Each 40 minute boxing inspired circuit class has eight different exercises which you work on for one minute before moving onto the next. The added benefit of learning new boxing moves and trying these out on the pads certainly helps to relieve the stress of the day!
As part of its support to its staff fitness and well-being, Cirkle covers over half of the costs of the lessons, which means that even the credit crunch won't stop the fitness fanatics from staying trim this winter!
