July Weekend Bootcamp

Trojan Training are running a unique weekend bootcamp on the 6th and 7th July at Longridge Activity Centre in Marlow, Bucks. The weekend bootcamp starts 12:00 on the Saturday and finishes at 12:00 on the Sunday.

The weekend bootcamp is going to be a lot of fun and suitable for all ages and fitness abilities. During the course of the weekend we will be running lots of team activities including assault courses, raft building as well as command tasks, all designed to give you a unique work out and make sure you achieve some great fitness results.

The Trojan Experience

Trojan Training offer a unique health and fitness experience that offers all ages and abilities a chance to achieve their goals. UK Bootcamps

Trojan Training run regular UK residential Bootcamps. These UK residential Bootcamps are a great way of meeting new like minded people whilst also having great fun whilst exercising and achieving your health and fitness goals. Beaconsfield Bootcamp

This weekend Trojan Training are launching there new Beaconsfield Bootcamp. The Beaconsfield Bootcamp is joining Trojan Training’s weekly Bootcamp Timetable along with the Maidenhead Bootcamp. The Beaconsfield Bootcamp runs from 10am-11am at Beaconsfield Rugby Club and is a unique combination of military style fitness drills along with circuit training that is tailor-made to fitness level of all individuals no matter what their age or ability. This Bootcamp format is a great way to achieve your fitness goals, so whether you want to lose weight, tone up or just want to get into exercise the Bootcamp is a great way to make this happen. The cost of the Bootcamp is £12 for one session or £60 for 6 sessions and you can pay on the day or book online.

3 Peaks Challenge 28th – 30th June 2013

An awesome challenge of both Physical and Mental Strength. Trojan Training has been running the 3 Peaks Challenge for the last 8 years and have successfully guided many happy clients around Great Britain’s most popular challenge. The 3 Peaks is a great adventure to share with friends or a way to meet new friends. It is takes in some spectacular scenery and provides all participants with an experience they will never forget.
