It is no breaking news to learn statistics such as "49% of absenteeism attributable to stress related causes" or "Excessive stress rising in more than 80% of firms" but we always take the view that they are just statistics and don't matter to us cause were fine?

Not so true stress can display itself in many ways and often people they don't realise they are stressed until it's diagnosed through other symptoms like IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) insomnia, or fatigue. Symptoms that a lot of people don't associate with stress but instead search for other reasons and excuses so as not to face up to the reality of having to change their lifestyle or admit they are not coping.

When a GP or other clinical professional diagnosis stress its normally already affecting your health and become a serious issue. Trojan training has introduced a quick stress test to see how you're coping and maybe raise the red flags of self concern before it becomes a health issue.

Mostly if recognised early enough only small changes in your daily routine can be enough to get back on a calm more controlled track.
