FAQs

I have never exercised before, Is Box Office ok for me?
Of course your instructor will guide you through all the exercises and give you various options to make the exercise easier so you can pick your own intensity, and work at a comfortable pace.

I have no boxing experience at all does this matter?
Not at all your instructor is the only one that will be holding the pads and they will tailor the instruction to meet your skill level and tech you step by step starting right back at how to stand and punch safely.

If I have an injury can I still attend?
Of course but make sure you tell your instructor before the session so they can give you an alternate exercise that won't affect your injury, and best advise you in the class.

Will I be hitting people or getting hit by anyone?
Definitely not, this is totally a non contact class and you will only punching focus mitts under the guidance of your instructor.

Is it expensive?
Not at all the courses last for 12 weeks and the unique approach of box office is to get your employer to brunt most of the cost and support you to take part during your working day and not lunch hours as is common in most work places. Cost will vary depending on the level of employer contribution so speak to a box office representative to find out exactly how much it will be at your work place.
