"Box Office" is an entirely new concept corporate training.
It is designed to reframe the fitness options for people in employment because it is taking fitness into the workplace rather than asking workers to get to a gym. BoxOffice can either be run at your company or your employees can join one of our existing courses.
Next Course - Starting Tuesday 3rd January 2012
Tuesday, 18.30 - Maidenhead Rugby Club - £45 for 6 weeks
“Box Office” is a great circuit concept designed to help time poor business proffessionals and parents to be able to leave the home or office and release some stress with hanging boxing punch bags and boxing focus mitts. You don’t need any previous boxing experience at all, you are taught the basics you need to be able to enjoy releasing some stress after a hard day in the office in a safe environment with like minded people.
Also with the stressful lifestyle in mind “Box Office” is set to run in 6 weeks blocks giving people a financial incentive if you commit to 6 weeks upfront. Once financial commitment has been given people are much more likely to attend the sessions in order to gain value for money, especially important on those evenings you arrive home and really can’t face a workout.
The beauty of circuit training is you don’t have to be fit or have any experience to start even though you are in a group your work never effects them, so it’s a great way to access exercise and not stand out in the crowd as the new person unlike aerobics and step classes where everyone moves together. Get your pre summer holiday body back now ready for the Christmas rush.
