"Motivation is a fire from within. If someone else tries to light that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly."

Personal Training

Personal Training works for everyone at all levels of fitness to help achieve desired fitness goals through increased motivation levels. Variety of exercise and chemistry with the trainer are key.

Personal Training

Personal training is normally a trainer client one to one session but it has become acceptable to train in pairs to reduce costs. Ideally the two people training together have similar goals so that the workout benefits both equally.

One person wanting to gain weight and one trying to lose weight will never work as it requires the trainer to try and run two totally different sessions and becomes impossible to maintain service levels, with more often than not, one individual receiving more attention and the other being left out.

Initial Inquiry
Through whatever medium the client has heard of the trainer, first contact is normally made by phone or email. An appointment is then set for a consultation, this is always a "no obligation" session and is designed for the trainer to gain vital information on the clients history and goals and to allow the client to chat with the trainer to see if there is a strong personal connection.
