"Motivation is a fire from within. If someone else tries to light that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly."

Is it for you?

We are convinced that once you've tried personal training, you'll instantly appreciate the benefits, no matter how advanced or motivated you are. We can always push you beyond your self imposed limits and help you to aspire to an even greater fitness level to derive ever greater benefits.
Is it for you?

Personal training really is for anyone with any form of interest in improving their health or fitness.

Do some research before selecting a personal trainer, word of mouth referral from someone who has trained with the instructor is the best recommendation, then give them a call and book your consultation this is normally free of charge with no obligation to go further. At the consultation your trainer will go through a series of data gathering question to help them build a profile of you and understand your goals, Aims, Time available current health or fitness status etc, but it's also a time for you to ask them lots of questions that you may have but remember to ask them in detail about their qualifications and experience you can even ask them to produce certification of qualifications, but you need to be totally comfortable and confident with them. You can also ask if they are on the REP's register which is a standard controlling register in the industry.

After the consultation you should have a good idea of how the trainer is going to help you and should have recommended a brief over view of the approach they will take to meet your goals.

Your goals really can be anything that's important to you from wanting to compete in high level sports competition to wanting to lose weight for a summer holiday or special occasion or maybe after giving birth or recovering from an operation or injury. Speak openly with your trainer safe in the knowledge they will be very discreet and sympathetic to achieving whatever is important to you.

Your goals can be achieved with the help of a trainer and some commitment so you really have nothing to lose by giving it ago, you deserve to be all you can be and if you don't like it or feel it's not for you then you can always pull out and try a different approach.
